Bad TV simulates the look of a worn-out VHS tape: heavy analog grain, soft motion roll, channel ghosting, and the kind of color shift you'd see when the heads need cleaning. It's a related but distinct aesthetic from CRT (which is about the display) and Glitch (which is about digital corruption). Bad TV is about the tape itself. grain controls noise density, motion controls roll speed. The preset pairs well with the country selection for retro tourism-board pastiches, mockumentary openers, and any project where the design wants to feel like it was rescued from an attic of unmarked cassettes.
